The Registration/Titles Specialist role is full-time and in person at Carvana’s Tempe, AZ headquarters; pay starts at $16 per hour and is scheduled to increase to $16.50 at month three, $17 at month six, and $17.50 at month nine, with eligibility for additional merit increases every 90 days. Carvana’s Customer Care team supports the vehicle ownership journey and customer paperwork. The specialist reviews and processes title and registration documents, resolves discrepancies with customers and government agencies, and manages cases through completion. The role helps make vehicle ownership paperwork accurate and seamless for customers.

What you'll do

• Review and process vehicle title transfer documents
• contact customers, DMVs, lienholders, and third parties to resolve missing documents and discrepancies
• enter and cross-reference data
• finalize and mail registration packets
• notarize customer documents through inbound video calls
• maintain customer records and case notes
• coordinate with peers, vendors, and internal teams
• manage assigned cases from opening through completion.
