• Manage, train, mentor, and performance-manage the Consumer and Business Banking and Commercial Construction Management teams

• improve construction disbursing processes
• ensure budget reviews and Cost Breakdown Summaries are completed
• resolve loan-draw accuracy issues
• collaborate with relationship teams and leaders
• attend client and loan-staff meetings as needed
• maintain third-party inspectors.
