What you'll do

• Lead safe, challenging, music-driven 50-minute Pilates classes
• provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and modifications
• build client relationships and a welcoming studio environment
• participate in team meetings, training, studio events, and community initiatives
• support local marketing as needed
• maintain a clean studio
• complete instructor training and ongoing education
• apply feedback and stay current on programming and coaching practices.
