The role provides direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients, supporting safe care and effective patient outcomes. Responsibilities include assessment, cardiac monitoring, medication and treatment administration, documentation in Epic, collaboration with the care team, and patient and family education.

What you'll do

• Assess patients and monitor telemetry for cardiac abnormalities
• administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
• manage medical-surgical diagnoses and post-operative needs
• document care, patient responses, and bedside shift reports in Epic
• collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• follow safety protocols
• educate patients and families
• and participate in quality improvement and professional development.
