What you'll do

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, optimize, and perform preventive maintenance on imaging systems
• lead major repairs, installations, upgrades, and commissioning
• perform acceptance and quality assurance testing
• analyze recurring failures and implement corrective actions
• support customers onsite and remotely
• maintain service and compliance records
• manage assigned inventory and tools
• troubleshoot imaging software, networking, and system integration
• mentor and train junior engineers
• provide advanced after-hours support as part of the on-call rotation
• travel locally and regionally, with occasional overnight travel.
