The specialist supports safe, compliant daily flight operations by coordinating flight following, aircraft logistics, crew information, and operational records. The role monitors conditions and restrictions, communicates with flight crews and maintenance, and helps keep assignments and schedules current.

What you'll do

• Coordinate flight following and logistics
• monitor weather, air traffic, and schedule interruptions
• track and distribute operational restrictions and NOTAMs
• enter post-flight information and initiate safety reports as applicable
• brief crews
• ensure trip documents are distributed
• maintain records
• communicate passenger requirements
• monitor crew duty time and qualifications and aircraft maintenance compliance
• provide flight plan and weather/NOTAM packages as requested.
