Behavior Interventionist This is an onsite, part-time position in San Bernardino, CA, with a pay range of $19.25–$23.00 per hour. Intercare Therapy is a leading provider of behavioral health services. This role focuses on supporting children with autism in home and clinic settings, helping them develop essential life skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. The goal is to foster growth and independence in children's everyday environments.

What you'll do

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma

Experience

High School Diploma + one completed college course, currently enrolled in college, or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree. Passion for working with children preferred.
