Regional Property Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee operations across several properties, including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property profit and loss, and marketing. Recruit, mentor, and manage associates
• maintain fully staffed onsite teams
• prepare budgets and financial reports
• inspect properties
• address escalated resident issues
• and oversee emergency plans, safety records, claims, and risk management.
