What you'll do

• Maintain confidential employee records
• assist with investigations and personnel actions
• advise the Site Manager on site policies and procedures
• manage SharePoint and StepQ databases, including document access, uploads, and data exports
• provide on-site IT support as needed
• facilitate new-hire orientation
• conduct monthly associate check-ins.
