What you'll do
- Coordinate the center’s wound team and skin management program
- gather information about pressure ulcers and skin alterations

- coordinate measurements, interdisciplinary care-plan reviews, treatment recommendations, physician orders, and documentation
- analyze and share pressure-ulcer information with nursing staff and other healthcare practitioners
- identify risk-reduction practices, including admission Braden risk scales and preventive interventions.
