What you'll do

• Supervise caregivers and CNAs
• delegate nursing tasks in accordance with OSBN requirements
• assess clients and determine appropriateness of delegated tasks
• provide instruction and follow-up
• conduct reassessments
• coordinate service plans and communicate with clients, families, providers, and agency staff
• train staff
• participate in QAPI and quality improvement
• support compliance and client rights.
