What you'll do

• Develop sourcing strategies using automation, data-driven prospecting, and recruiting tools
• improve workflows through process automation, data extraction, and market intelligence
• partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and candidate alignment
• build passive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby ATS, referrals, and targeted outreach
• incorporate diversity-focused sourcing
• manage multiple requisitions and assess pipeline health
• develop talent maps and market insights
• represent Hadrian’s mission at events and in candidate conversations
• collaborate on the recruiting value proposition.
