What you'll do

• Maintain preventive maintenance, work-order, and safety records
• provide information for ordering supplies and parts
• clean and perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• lubricate mechanical equipment
• change air-conditioning filters
• complete work orders and preventive maintenance on time
• inspect plumbing, heating, electrical systems, structures, and roofs
• perform electrical safety tests as required
• monitor equipment for defects
• maintain rooms, walls, and ceilings
• paint and refinish surfaces as applicable
• follow accreditation, OSHA, and building and safety codes
• respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols
• support ventilation and refrigeration systems
• inspect alarm systems and arrange repairs
• maintain heating and plumbing systems
• assist with monthly generator testing.
