Powder Prep Associate — 1st Shift

The Powder Prep Associate role is onsite in Columbus, OH, at approximately $18–$20 per hour, with the rate dependent on experience and expertise. The position supports a powder department serving the power industry and helps prepare parts for coating.

What you'll do

• Prepare parts for coating by taping and masking them with heat-resistant tape and plugging or capping them. Load and unload parts on a conveyor line
• read prints and drawings
• use hand tools and an Exacto knife
• and perform continuous physical work that includes reaching, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Cross-train and assist in other departments when needed.
