Region Human Resources Manager

Job overview

The Region Human Resources Manager role is onsite in Medford, OR, with 20% annual travel. Compensation is $120,000–$160,000 per year. What you'll do

• Work with regional management to identify organizational gaps and implement initiatives
• lead efforts to attract, develop, compensate, and retain employees
• manage labor relations, including negotiations, arbitration, grievance resolution, and contract interpretation
• support the company’s goal to remain union-free
• ensure compliance with OSHA, EEO, affirmative action, and employment laws
• develop and maintain regional communications programs
• direct safety and workers’ compensation programs
• supervise professional and administrative HR staff.
