What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation claims
• communicate with clients and insurance adjusters about benefits
• review determination letters and assess whether court action should be initiated
• evaluate whether additional benefits or medical care should be sought
• gather medical evidence
• collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on hearing strategies
• prepare clients for evaluations
• maintain detailed case records
• review medical reports and reimbursement requests
• audit responses to formal requests
• calculate wage and disability benefit amounts
• follow ethical and confidentiality standards.
