The Medical Assistant – Float, East Dallas Clinics position is onsite, based in Fort Worth, TX, and requires travel to clinics in Plano, Dallas, Flower Mound, Denton, and Frisco. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.–noon, subject to change. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. Aspire Allergy & Sinus works to help patients with allergy, asthma, and sinus problems. The assistant supports clinical care by obtaining patient histories and vital signs, administering allergy tests and injections, conducting spirometry, and documenting information in the electronic health record. The role also cross-trains in front-office tasks to support clinic operations and patient experience across multiple locations.

What you'll do

• Escort patients to exam rooms
• obtain vital signs, medical history, and medication lists
• explain allergy testing and treatment protocols
• administer subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular injections
• conduct spirometry
• document patient information in the EHR
• greet and direct patients and visitors
• answer calls
• track inventory
• complete end-of-day reports
• follow HIPAA and OSHA requirements
• cross-train in front-office duties including scheduling, payments, treatment coordination, and CT authorizations
• travel between clinics.
