What you'll do

• Develop and train supervisors and employees
• review and approve work schedules
• maintain client relationships and attend meetings
• assist with customer complaints and operational issues
• submit employee, operations, and payroll reports
• oversee customer service
• develop budgets and monitor financials
• review revenue-control audits
• ensure compliance with company and client policies
• respond to operational issues when needed, including at times after normal business hours.
