Facilities Technician

Job overview

The Facilities Technician role is onsite in ‘Aiea, HI, with compensation of $28–$35 per hour. The technician joins Menehune Water’s Maintenance team to keep assigned facilities, grounds, and equipment safe, clean, and operational.

What you'll do

• Repair and maintain building structures, furniture, and equipment
• perform electrical repairs
• paint interiors, exteriors, and other surfaces
• estimate project materials, labor, and time and order supplies
• inspect facilities for safety, security, and repair needs
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• and respond to facility emergencies during off-duty hours as needed.
