Junior System Administrator

Job overview

The Junior System Administrator role is onsite in Hanover, MD, with pay of $65,000–$75,000 per year. Vibrint supports national security missions through technology, data, and intelligence solutions.

What you'll do

• Provide IT support through ServiceNow, phone, chat, and onsite assistance
• troubleshoot operating systems, Microsoft 365, applications, printers, and network connectivity
• configure accounts and devices
• deploy and maintain Windows and macOS devices
• manage inventory
• support hardware and software lifecycle tasks
• administer Microsoft 365 accounts and permissions
• monitor backups and endpoint compliance
• assist with vulnerability remediation
• maintain documentation
• and develop PowerShell scripts.
