What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, and addenda
• perform detailed material takeoffs and labor estimates
• obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing
• identify scope gaps and project risks
• attend pre-bid walkthroughs
• prepare bid packages
• maintain estimate records and bid calendars
• coordinate reviews and project handoffs
• track bid results and actual costs.
