In-Home Caregiver

The In-Home Caregiver provides onsite, non-medical support in clients’ homes in Merrillville, IN and the Northwest Indiana community. Pay is $15–$19 per hour. Angels Among Us supports seniors and adults with disabilities in maintaining independence and quality of life. The caregiver helps clients with personal care, household tasks, companionship, reminders, safety monitoring, mobility, and daily routines. This support brings comfort and dignity to clients while providing families with peace of mind.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• provide companionship and social engagement
• give medication reminders without administering medication
• monitor safety and document care
• support mobility and daily routines.
