Facilities Maintenance Technician, Multi-Property

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across five properties
• repair and touch up hotel rooms
• complete basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliance, flooring, and garage door repairs
• assemble and install furniture, shelving, equipment, and fixtures
• perform preventative maintenance
• identify larger issues and communicate when a licensed contractor or specialist is needed
• respond to urgent requests and maintain a clean, safe work area.
