What you'll do

• Own assigned customer programs and monitor operational performance
• partner with Account Executives on customer initiatives, updates, and issue resolution
• support product research, specifications, pricing, and bid preparation
• supervise and coach customer service representatives
• coordinate inventory with Procurement, Demand Planning, suppliers, and customers
• address shortages and disruptions
• analyze reports and trends
• maintain item setup, specifications, pricing documentation, and data integrity.
