What you'll do

• Complete 7,000 - 8,000 hours between the College Program and on-the-job training.
• Assists with monthly preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Running and CNC machine set up.
• Drive Technical Improvement activities.
• Support small step improvements related to quality, costs, logistics and motivation.
• Reduce direct expenses by standardizing and optimizing tooling and machine components.
• Adheres to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
• Successfully complete courses of study required for the CNC Machinist Certification.
