Senior CNA - Full Time Days - LTC in Dahlen, ND. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $22.00 - $29.50 per hour. Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of service to seniors. This role serves as an experienced caregiver to residents in a long-term care setting, providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of an RN. The Senior CNA demonstrates expert-level experience and assists other staff as needed, contributing to high accountability and problem-solving within the nursing team.

What you'll do

• Serves as an experienced caregiver to residents in long-term care.
• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Delivers age-appropriate care based on resident needs and care plans.
• Follows infection prevention and control policies.
• Assists with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, and psychosocial support.
• Assists with resident transfers, repositioning, and walking.
• Provides range of motion and passive exercises.
• Completes food preparation and dining assistance tasks.
• Documents resident interactions and condition changes.
• Communicates resident status to charge nurse.
• Collects specimens and gathers vital signs.
• Provides housekeeping and laundry services.
• Assists with and documents wellness and recreational programs.

What we're looking for

Education

High school graduate or GED preferred

Experience

2 years clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
