What you'll do

• Advise assigned teams on performance management, employee relations, and manager effectiveness
• support investigations and documentation
• help leaders identify engagement and retention risks
• support change management, onboarding, employee experience, and culture initiatives
• assist recruiting for clinical roles through screening, interview coordination, and hiring decisions
• support compliance with employment laws, policies, and training requirements.
