What you'll do

• Complete assigned opening and closing duties
• wash dishes, glassware, and flatware using proper procedures and equipment
• help stock incoming supplies when directed and time permits
• clean the kitchen and back-of-house areas
• return clean items to appropriate storage
• maintain a clean, dry, safe dishwashing area
• follow maintenance and cleaning schedules
• report safety hazards and shift information to management.
