What you'll do

• Review purchase order and long-term agreement requirements
• coordinate customer-specific technical and shipping documentation
• maintain repair-product and invoice records
• communicate customer requirements and purchase order updates
• track requests, promise dates, and shipments and escalate delivery risks
• follow up on invoice issues with Accounting
• assist with 12-month forecast data
• update jobs and escalate risks.
