The caregiver supports residents’ daily needs in accordance with individual care plans and applicable requirements. Attentive personal care, observation, documentation, and communication with wellness leadership and nursing staff help maintain continuity and resident safety.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and personal care
• provide medication assistance or administration only when trained, authorized, and permitted
• record vital signs and report changes in condition
• complete ordered tasks within scope
• document care
• communicate across shifts
• assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• support dining services
• maintain supplies and clean shared equipment
• follow safety, emergency, infection-control, and resident-rights protocols.

Why this role
