Service Technician

Job overview

The Service Technician role is onsite in Houston, TX, with field travel throughout Texas and Louisiana. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year. What you'll do

• Travel approximately 85–90% throughout Texas and Louisiana
• troubleshoot, adjust, align, calibrate, and perform minor equipment repairs
• perform preventive maintenance and tune-ups
• conduct cutting tests and process assessments
• recommend cutting parameters
• support sales managers with product testing, demonstrations, and customer visits
• train operators and maintenance personnel
• educate customers on band saw operation
• maintain customer relationships and service documentation
• coordinate travel and service schedules
• use Salesforce/CRM and Microsoft Office
• participate in technical projects.
