What you'll do

• Assist with client goal plans, one-on-one counseling, residential tasks, and community outreach
• monitor client activities to support a safe and agency-aligned environment
• facilitate meals and group or individual sessions
• document client interactions and progress
• participate in case management meetings
• report operating issues to appropriate personnel
• help develop program resources and adapt to changing youth needs.
