What you'll do

• Run and maintain blenders and related dairy production equipment
• monitor kefir flavoring and coloring
• follow standard operating procedures for batching and processing
• maintain area paperwork
• conduct pre-operational sanitation inspections
• monitor fats, total solids, pH, temperature, and viscosity
• blend dry and wet ingredients
• troubleshoot basic to moderate operating difficulties
• maintain the department preventive maintenance schedule
• report equipment defects
• clean equipment and minimize downtime
• follow SOPs and SSOPs and applicable food safety and regulatory requirements.
