What you'll do

• Manage lemon law cases from client consultation and case evaluation through litigation
• conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw
• draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and contracts
• prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• negotiate settlements
• maintain case records
• communicate case developments and legal options to clients
• collaborate on general and commercial litigation matters.
