What you'll do

• Prospect, qualify, and secure hotel room, group, meeting, and event business
• build client relationships
• conduct sales calls, visits, presentations, and site tours
• prepare proposals and negotiate rates and contracts
• coordinate event handoffs with hotel operations and catering
• maintain sales pipeline, account records, reports, and forecasts
• partner with hotel leadership on pricing and sales plans
• support and coach property sales teams.
