The role also supports the Engineering Department, including providing operational oversight when the Engineering Manager is absent, while advancing safety, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the landscaping team
• manage daily grounds operations
• maintain mowing, pruning, fertilization, irrigation, and preventive maintenance programs
• oversee irrigation systems and plant health
• coordinate tree trimming, debris removal, and green-waste recycling
• manage schedules, staffing, labor costs, inventory, and equipment
• conduct safety and service training
• coordinate with other resort departments
• support environmental stewardship initiatives
• prepare reports, budgets, forecasts, and operational plans
• provide Engineering team oversight in the Engineering Manager’s absence.
