What you'll do

• Lead deployment of the Manufacturing Execution System
• use manufacturing data for yield, cycle-time, and productivity reporting
• lead data warehousing, dashboards, and automated equipment deployment
• establish controlled application development and release processes
• develop manufacturing workflows and database-based solutions
• lead change management and end-user training
• ensure MES compliance with GMP, MIL, and ISO9001/AS9100 standards
• integrate ERP, PLM, and payroll systems
• conduct system audits and upgrades
• lead automated data integration.
