What you'll do

• Receive store inventory, transfers, and vendor shipments.
• Process customer and product quality returns.
• Direct the flow of replenishment products to the sales floor.
• Perform recurring cycle counts and audits of inventory.
• Assist customers with questions about products and services.
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
