What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• check guests in and out and assign rooms
• answer phones, route calls, and take messages
• respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns
• handle guest information confidentially
• maintain cash and transaction records
• complete front desk paperwork, logs, and reports
• conduct property walks and help maintain clean common areas
• assist with breakfast service as needed
• provide wake-up calls
• communicate guest and property information through the pass-on log
• support sales and marketing as directed
• assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
