What you'll do

• Assist with functional behavior assessments and individualized behavior intervention plans
• provide direct ABA therapy across settings
• implement and modify treatment protocols based on client progress
• assist in supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
• maintain client records
• conduct progress reviews
• provide parent and caregiver training
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
