What you'll do

• Support guest safety and basic needs
• complete progress notes by the end of each shift
• provide facility tours
• support case managers and participant goals
• maintain a hospitable and inclusive environment
• collaborate with case management and operations to keep the facility clean and safe
• provide crisis intervention and referrals
• use evidence-based practices including motivational interviewing and harm reduction
• monitor phone lines
• assist with meal preparation and general facility needs
• promote and follow interim housing guidelines.
