The Shop Lead Mechanic role is onsite in Mesa, AZ. Pay is $30–$45 per hour. Superior Bulk Inc is seeking a lead to oversee its maintenance team and keep equipment operating smoothly. The role exists to coordinate shop work while performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Effective work-order management, team development, and communication with dispatch and operations support equipment availability and safe, quality repairs.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate shop mechanics and technicians
• prioritize, assign, and track repair orders, work orders, and inspections
• perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards
• maintain inventory, schedule services, and manage shop workflows
• train and mentor team members
• communicate with dispatch and operations.
