Community Engagement Specialist

The Community Engagement Specialist role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, with a stated pay range of $21–$22 per hour. The specialist grows and supports Girl Scout membership by developing outreach, recruiting members and volunteers, and providing resources and training. The role also supports council events, reporting, and inclusive community engagement to help make Girl Scouting accessible to girls and adults.

What you'll do

• Develop data-driven outreach plans

Why this role

The role regularly includes evenings, averaging three per week, and every other Saturday. Extensive travel throughout the Girl Scouts of Utah Council jurisdictions is required; bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
