What you'll do

• Develop standards and practices for ServiceNow platform health and architecture
• provide technical guidance for platform development and platform-wide solutions
• assess performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradeability, and security
• create strategies aligned with client needs
• work with customer platform teams on roadmaps
• advise clients, partners, and project teams
• lead solutioning sessions
• troubleshoot and manage technical escalations
• promote out-of-the-box capabilities and best practices.
