What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan.
• Conduct physicals, wellness visits, acute visits and follow-up care.
• Evaluate, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide preventive health counseling and patient education.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare team members.
• Utilize telemedicine when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
