What you'll do

• Schedule and attend weekly client sessions
• provide goal-directed interventions and mental health targeted case management or rehabilitation services as credentialed
• submit session notes within 24 hours
• work toward client weekly-hours targets
• attend specified supervision, coaching, and community partner meetings
• complete required training and demonstrate competency.
