What you'll do

• perform machine changeovers for custom and small-batch orders
• select and adjust grinding wheels, tooling, and programs
• inspect finished parts with precision measuring equipment
• operate multiple machines when production allows
• enter production data and maintain job documentation
• troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance
• maintain a clean and safe work area.
