What you'll do

• Welcome guests and answer basic menu questions
• enter dine-in, takeout, phone, online, and delivery orders into the POS
• process approved payments
• suggest menu items and add-ons
• package orders and confirm accuracy
• communicate special requests, modifications, allergies, and order issues to kitchen and bakery teams
• maintain clean, stocked guest areas
• handle customer concerns
• follow cash-handling and food-safety procedures
• assist with light food preparation, dishwashing, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
