Manufacturing Technician

Job overview

The Manufacturing Technician role is onsite in Austin, TX. Compensation is $21–$28 per hour. HydroGraph produces high-performance graphene using its patented Hyperion detonation technology for applications including coatings, composites, and energy storage. The technician supports consistent graphene production and production targets by operating and maintaining equipment, following procedures and safety requirements, and assisting with process improvement and root-cause work. The role also supports incoming materials and customer shipments.

What you'll do

• Perform daily graphene manufacturing activities
• operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment
• manage gas feedstock systems
• assemble, inspect, and repair flow-control components
• troubleshoot equipment and control systems
• record production metrics
• participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• prepare and coordinate customer shipments
• receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials
• maintain a safe work area.
