What you'll do

• Review initial mortgage loan packages for completeness, accuracy, and basic eligibility
• verify loan structure and documentation
• review disclosures and supporting documents
• prepare files for underwriting
• communicate with TPO partners
• review executed closing documents
• obtain corrections and trailing documents
• track outstanding items
• and maintain accurate system notes and status updates.
